Working Model: Onsite
Location: Mulund
Days: Monday - Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Experience: Fresher to 1 year (candidates with strong communication and soft skills are also welcome to apply)
We are seeking an Admin & Operations Executive who can handle day-to-day functions, support client requirements, and ensure smooth backend execution. The role offers exposure to international operations with our partner and hands-on involvement in our travel business.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative tasks, documentation, and record-keeping
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams for smooth execution
- Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics for projects and the travel vertical
- Support marketing operations with timely updates, reports, and backend coordination
Client & Customer Coordination
- Communicate effectively with both international and domestic clients
- Provide responsive support and follow-ups across calls, emails, and other channels
- Track progress, resolve issues, and ensure service quality is maintained
Growth & Team Readiness
- Adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and workflows
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency building
- Develop leadership skills with the potential to lead a team in the future
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 0-1 year in administration, operations, or customer service
- Skills: Strong English communication, organizational ability, and interpersonal skills
- Mindset: Quick learner, adaptable, proactive, with an interest in taking on leadership responsibilities
- Tools: Comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic communication platforms
