Support Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of IT service management, including user lifecycle management, workflow automation, and system integrations.
We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the efficient onboarding and offboarding of users across various customer environments. This role requires strong technical knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack administration, and Jira ticketing systems.
This position is responsible for:
- Configuring and managing user access in Google Workspace.
- Designing and implementing workflows for seamless user provisioning and deprovisioning in Slack.
- Managing user accounts, permissions, and integrations in Jira.
- Assigning and removing user licenses across multiple SaaS applications.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A deep understanding of Google Workspace, including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, and Admin Console.
- Experience with Slack user and workspace administration.
- Familiarity with Jira or equivalent ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of license management across common SaaS platforms.
