
Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to provide comprehensive support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and general operations. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating HR processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting day-to-day operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage documentation, including new hire forms, benefits enrollment, and personnel files
- Consolidate and maintain accurate records in a centralized system
- Process updates and open enrollment changes
- Support annual inputs across systems
- Ensure timely follow-up on tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of HR and/or operations support experience
- Strong organizational and data management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
