We are seeking a skilled ERP systems support specialist to join our team. As an ERP systems support specialist, you will be responsible for providing application support and maintenance services to ensure seamless operation across all modules.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Application Support & Maintenance: Collaborate with business associates and vendors to maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot ERP applications.
  • Business User Support: Provide comprehensive support to users across various departments, resolving issues and offering remote assistance.
  • Business Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the ERP system.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate and distribute periodic reports based on statistical analysis of data from various timeframes.
  • Team Management & Supervision: Effectively supervise and mentor a team, coordinating with multiple OEMs/Vendors.
  • Client Onboarding: Register new clients under the ERP system, configuring and migrating client data as needed.
