Job Description:

  • This role plays a vital part in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless workflow across departments.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing ERP processes, with a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee various ERP modules to drive business efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry, validation, and reporting.
  • Support end-users by resolving functional and technical issues related to the ERP system.
  • Generate insightful MIS reports, dashboards, and custom reports as per business needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Oversee billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment tracking using the ERP system.
  • Provide training and support to new team members on ERP processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in ERP systems (2–5 years).
  • Strong knowledge of real estate/construction business processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful MIS reports.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce / Management / IT / Finance (B.Com, BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, etc.) or equivalent.
  • Prior work experience in real estate/construction industries will be an added advantage.
