Job Overview

This role involves overseeing large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programs, specifically in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate meetings, document agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items.
  • Track project plans, issues, and risks; consolidate updates for status reports.
  • Ensure timely updates and resolution of blockers by following up with stakeholders.
  • Escalate risks and dependencies appropriately to leadership.
  • Assign clear ownership for all action items.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in project coordination or management.

They should have a solid understanding of ERP programs, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, and be proficient in Office 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking is also essential.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Strong understanding of ERP workstreams: Finance, Supply Chain, Human Capital Management, integrations, testing cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with US stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 tools.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira.
