Project Management Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Executive to oversee project execution activities in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure projects are executed in accordance with established procedures, regulations, and standards.
  • Coordinate and monitor team development and process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, schedules, and risk assessments.
  • Oversee project progress, quality standards, and cost targets, ensuring timely and budget-friendly project completion.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), order backlog, revenue forecasts, and maintain margin retention.
  • Manage relationships with global clients and coordinate export documentation for international orders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subcontractors to optimize resources and deliverables.
About You:
  • 15-20 years of experience in Order Handling and Execution.
  • Hands-on experience in Order Booking, Drawing Preparation, Customer Approval, Customer Coordination, Dispatch Clearance, Payment Collection, Claim Management, Cost Savings, and Digitalization Initiatives.
  • Enhanced knowledge of MV Switchgear Products.
  • Proficient in ePlan and Power BI.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
