Project Manager and Site Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled project manager and site specialist to join our team. As a project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Oversee the original design and layout of the construction site, including evaluating topography, soil conditions, and drainage
  • Perform quality assurance tests to ensure materials and workmanship meet required standards
  • Ensure job sites comply with health and safety legislation and sustainability policies
