ERP Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage day-to-day ERP operations. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of hands-on experience in ERP systems and a strong understanding of business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage ERP operations across modules, ensuring smooth workflow and data accuracy.
  • Support end-users by resolving functional and technical issues related to ERP systems.
  • Generate, analyze, and share MIS reports, dashboards, and custom reports as per business needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure timely billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment tracking using ERP systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of proven hands-on experience in ERP systems.
  • Good understanding of business processes.
  • Strong knowledge of modules such as CRM, Sales, Finance, Projects, Purchase, and Inventory.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful MIS reports.
Qualifications
  • Graduate in Commerce / Management / IT / Finance (B.Com, BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, etc.) or equivalent.
  • Prior work experience in business or related industries will be an added advantage.
