
Talent Acquisition Strategist

Are you a strategic thinker with exceptional people skills? We are seeking an accomplished HR professional to drive our people operations and create a positive work environment for our global teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit processes, ensuring seamless transitions and adherence to labor laws.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, crafting job descriptions, sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding with precision.
- Maintain accurate and secure employee records, contracts, HR documentation, and HRMS data, upholding confidentiality and integrity.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, POSH, and other statutory requirements, staying updated on changing regulations.
- Design and implement employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events that foster a culture of inclusion and motivation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal, providing empathetic support and expert guidance.
- Oversee performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, and career development frameworks, empowering employees to reach their full potential.
- Regularly review and update HR policies to guarantee legal compliance and clarity for employees, fostering a culture of transparency and trust.
- Generate insightful HR reports on hiring, attrition, engagement, and workforce analytics for management, informing data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of progressive HR experience in India across all major HR functions, with a strong understanding of local labor laws and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management cycles.
- Experience designing and running engagement initiatives that genuinely boost employee satisfaction, incorporating creative solutions and metrics.
- Familiarity with HRMS tools, payroll systems, and data analytics software for HR reporting, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflow.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, approachable, empathetic, and able to handle sensitive matters professionally, with a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively, and managing multiple projects concurrently.
