Job Title: HR Manager

Our organization is seeking a skilled Human Resources Executive to manage and oversee various HR operations, employee relations, and ensure the implementation and adherence to HR policies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks including overseeing the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, managing employee records, handling employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

\

This role also involves working on developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

\Requirements:\
  • \
  • Experience in Human Resources, particularly in Employee Relations, and knowledge of HR policies\
  • A strong understanding of HR practices and principles\
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field\
  • Manufacturing experience is an asset but not required\
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment\
  • Compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations\
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field\
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is desirable\
  • Strong organizational and time management skills\
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\
  • Knowledge of HR software applications such as Workday or BambooHR\
  • Previous experience working in a similar role is an advantage\
  • Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience and qualifications\
  • Working hours are 40 per week; overtime may be required during peak periods\
