We are seeking a HR Process & Policy Analyst to drive clarity, consistency, and simplification of global people policies and HR processes. This role blends structured documentation, process improvement, policy governance, and knowledge management to enhance employee experience and operational readiness across our global footprint.
You will operate as a specialist reporting to the People COE lead, collaborating with key stakeholders across HR and business functions to consolidate fragmented practices into cohesive, well-governed frameworks.
What your impact will be…
Document HR Policies- Consolidate, draft, and maintain people policies across employment practices, workplace governance, safety, and compliance controls.
- Build and manage a central policy repository, ensuring up-to-date, globally aligned, and accessible documentation.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance to maintain governance standards and regulatory alignment.
- Lead process documentation across the employee lifecycle, including process maps, journey flows, and SOPs.
- Simplify complex, fragmented processes into clear, scalable workflows, balancing global consistency with local flexibility.
- Collaborate with the Workday team to ensure process designs are integrated into system configurations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, especially in areas suitable for employee-facing AI chatbot integration.
- Own the design and maintenance of HR knowledge articles, internal FAQs, and chatbot content.
- Draft employee communications and process guides, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and cultural alignment.
- Support change communications for process and policy rollouts in partnership with HR colleagues.
- 5–7 years of experience in HR process design, policy documentation, or HR transformation, ideally in a global product company or multinational capability center.
- Proven ability to deliver structured, high-quality documentation on policies and processes.
- Familiarity with Workday HRIS, employee self-service models, knowledge management systems, and AI chatbots enabled with Workday.
- Experience working across multiple countries, balancing global standards with local adaptations.
- Proven track record of owning complex deliverables and driving them to completion independently.
- Proactive collaborator who builds strong, transparent working relationships across HR and business teams; actively seeks input and alignment rather than operating in isolation.
- Demonstrated ability to co-create solutions with peers, balancing ownership of deliverables with collective HR team goals.
- Experienced in running working sessions, process workshops, and translating complexity into clarity.
- End-to-end responsibility mindset — from collecting inputs to delivering polished, employee-ready outputs.
- Exceptional writing skills, simplifying complex policies into employee-friendly formats.
- Strong process thinking, including journey mapping, SOP drafting, and process simplification.
- Highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail, version control, and documentation management.
- Cross-functional relationship building, with a track record of navigating matrixed environments.
- Comfort with knowledge management tools, intranet systems, and chatbot content curation.
- Shape how employees experience HR, simplifying processes and policies for a global product organization.
- Own impactful work with visibility to senior leaders in a modern, fast-paced environment.
