
Sales Closure Specialist

Job Summary:
We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead high-value transactions in the luxury real estate market.
The ideal candidate will guide clients through the closing process, ensuring a seamless and sophisticated experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Coordination: Manage and oversee the entire closing process from contract to closing date, ensuring all timelines are met and necessary documents are prepared and reviewed.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure all legal documents and contracts are accurate complete and compliant with local state and federal regulations.
- Financial Oversight: Coordinate with lenders title companies and other parties to ensure financial transactions including earnest money deposits and final payments are processed smoothly.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients providing updates answering questions and addressing concerns throughout the closing process.
- Document Management: Maintain organized and secure files of all transaction documents ensuring confidentiality and accessibility as needed.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential issues that may arise during the closing process and proactively work to resolve them promptly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents attorneys lenders and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and cooperation throughout the transaction.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of all closing documents to verify accuracy and completeness before finalizing transactions.
- Post-Closing Activities: Coordinate post-closing tasks such as document recordings disbursements and client follow-ups to ensure a smooth transition and client satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to closing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and client experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (business marketing real estate); MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in high-value sales or luxury real estate with proven closing success.
- Exceptional negotiation interpersonal communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficient with CRM systems MS Office (Excel PowerPoint) and sales analytics tools.
- Client-centric mindset strategic thinker proactive problem-solver.
- Deep understanding of luxury real estate dynamics and high-net-worth client expectations. Command of numbers calculations and analytical understanding is critical.
