Innovative Demand Generation Specialist

About us:
We're a RevOps+HubSpot Diamond partner consulting firm, helping businesses leverage HubSpot to optimize their sales, marketing, and business operations.
We've experienced rapid growth from 2 people in 2021 to an 85-person team today. Our focus is on revenue-enablement activities for our customers, using HubSpot and Salesforce to streamline processes and reporting.
Our ideal candidate will help us develop effective demand generation strategies for US-based CMOs, VP Sales, and CEOs of companies with 10-50 or 50-200 employees who have reached product-market fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop solid go-to-market strategies based on each client's business model, product/service, and target audience.
- Optimize existing channels to generate scalable demand.
- Identify new channels and create low-friction entry barriers for products or services.
- Establish a deep understanding of the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and identify innovative ways to attract more pipeline.
- Design motions to convert incoming demand into pipeline (Lead > MQL > SAL > SQL > Opp > Customer).
This role requires both strategic and operator-led skills. If you have experience launching new products/services, driving data-driven decisions, and optimizing conversion rates across the buyer journey, we'd love to hear from you.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has seen and been part of 0>1 and possibly even 1>10 company/GTM motion launches.
- T-shape professional with depth in paid/cold outreach or sales-led motions with SDR/AE teams.
- Driven by data, building hypothesis, testing, and scaling.
Requirements:
- No prior experience in launching new products/services from scratch.
- No history of being measured on marketing-attributed/influenced revenue as a KPI.
- No experience optimizing conversion rates across the buyer journey.

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is ₹15,00,000 per annum, considering the location and industry standards. However, please note that this is an estimate and may vary based on individual qualifications and experience.
