Role Overview

As a Food Innovation Specialist at Kookar AI, you'll combine your culinary expertise, knowledge of cuisines, and understanding of nutrition or food science to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your insights will be instrumental in ensuring our application provides accurate, user-friendly, and culturally relevant food solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact with customers and drive the onboarding process for new and existing customers/households.
  • Oversee the management of existing meal plans for various households, ensuring a consistent feedback loop to refine and enhance the plans based on client input and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on recipes, cooking techniques, flavor combinations, and ingredient usage.
  • Evaluate and refine AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the go-to expert on food and nutrition, bridging the gap between culinary knowledge and technology.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Home Science, or Culinary Arts.
  • Experience as a nutritionist or in a related role.
  • Corporate experience, ideally with exposure to structured processes and professional environments.
  • Deep knowledge of global cuisines, regional cooking styles, and nutritional principles.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey culinary insights to cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred but not mandatory: Experience in food technology companies or food-tech startups.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and its applications in food innovation.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
