E-commerce Leadership Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our e-commerce category forward.

  • Strategy and Performance: Define and execute business strategy, own revenue, profitability, and long-term category success.
  • Product Strategy: Develop and implement product plans that align with brand vision, ensuring market-leading selection of products.
  • Digital Experience: Lead development of digital platforms to deliver an engaging user journey.
  • Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, optimizing processes and ensuring on-time, high-quality execution across the board.
  • Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team across functions; inspire a culture of ownership and excellence.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership; work closely with cross-functional partners including marketing, product, tech, and operations.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth and profitability, experience building and leading large teams, and strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capability.

  • Product Lifecycle Ownership: Lead identification and sourcing of new products aligned with the brand's vision, oversee procurement strategies, packaging design direction, and production planning.
  • Online Store Management (App + Website): Direct product listing management, ensure high accuracy, SEO optimization, and visual appeal.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Analyze product performance data, develop actionable insights, and improvements.
