Strategic Pricing Leader

This role involves driving pricing innovation, revenue optimization, and commercial growth in a multicultural environment. The successful candidate will lead a team across markets and partner with senior business leaders to design and execute dynamic pricing strategies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Pricing Strategy & Leadership: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement pricing models that drive revenue growth.
    • Data Analysis: Analyze market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and customer cohort analysis to inform pricing decisions.
    • Technology Integration: Work with product and engineering teams to develop scalable pricing tools and analytics dashboards.
  • Requirements:
    • Strong Analytical Skills: Apply data-driven approaches to pricing and revenue management.
    • Technical Proficiency: Excel in SQL, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
    • Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage relationships with commercial and product functions.
    • Experience: Possess 10+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Category Management, or Product Management.
    • E-commerce Background: Prior experience in e-commerce, digital platforms, or online marketplaces is highly beneficial.
