Job Opportunity: Lead Digital Growth

We are scaling our digital-first business and seeking a strategic leader to spearhead growth in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer markets, and retail partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive Marketplace Expansion: Develop and maintain relationships with major online marketplaces, focusing on visibility, trust, and sales growth.
  • Oversight of Performance Marketing: Strategize and execute ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and marketplace platforms, emphasizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Return on Investment (ROI), and revenue growth.
  • Sales and Conversion Enhancement: Monitor daily/weekly sales performance, design promotions, and implement campaigns that drive significant results.
  • Cross-Functional Optimization: Ensure brand presence and trust through optimized product listings and conversion funnels.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze key performance metrics and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Partnership Development: Negotiate co-branded campaigns and visibility slots with category managers.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in FMCG/D2C growth, e-commerce, or q-commerce.
  • Proven track record of scaling premium FMCG/D2C brands.
  • Able to balance financial acumen with compelling storytelling.
  • Familiarity with Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), ROAS, brand equity, and consumer affinity.
