We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Leader to drive strategic hiring initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead recruitment efforts across functions with expertise in technology and manufacturing hiring.
  • Executive Search & Leadership Hiring: Proven experience in executive search, headhunting, and closing leadership roles.
  • Business Alignment: Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, succession planning, and future skill needs.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline for senior and critical roles to minimize time-to-hire.
  • Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Leverage advanced sourcing methods such as social platforms, professional communities, referrals, industry events, and AI-driven recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate & Stakeholder Experience: Ensure a smooth engaging and professional candidate journey. Partner with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results.
  • Interview & Screening Ownership: Take ownership of the screening process and first-round interviews including cultural and competency assessments.
  • Mentorship & Performance Management: Guide and mentor junior recruiters build a high-performing TA team and drive adoption of recruitment best practices.
  • Data-Driven Hiring: Track recruitment metrics TAT source effectiveness candidate satisfaction and integrate insights into decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 4–7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition ideally in startup or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong track record in technology AI-driven roles and manufacturing domains.
  • Successful track record of closing mid-to-senior level positions.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to map talent strategy to organizational goals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management communication and candidate engagement abilities.
  • Innovative energetic and able to balance strategic focus with hands-on execution.
  • Familiarity with AI-recruitment tools sourcing analytics and digital hiring strategies.
