Job Opportunity:

We seek an experienced leader to oversee our HR operations. The position requires developing and implementing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and benefits.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and organizational goals.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Support business needs through employee development, engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Address management and employee relations by resolving demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage performance review processes and work with department heads on improvement plans.
  • Organize training and development initiatives to support employee growth.
  • Maintain compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in HR or a related field.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Experience in fast-paced or startup environments.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and employee engagement tools.
