A key role in our business is to manage revenue effectively and ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Revenue Management Specialist to support our online travel distribution and drive occupancy and visibility.
Key Responsibilities:- Update and maintain rates, availability, and promotions across all platforms.
- Ensure accurate listings (photos, descriptions, amenities) across all channels.
- Support in maintaining rate parity across all platforms.
- Coordinate with design/marketing teams for uploading new property content.
- Monitor guest reviews and ratings, respond timely, and escalate feedback to operations teams.
- Work closely with account managers for promotions, tactical campaigns, and visibility offers.
- Collaborate with sales, reservations, and front office teams to execute promotions and ensure smooth booking operations.
- Track daily bookings, cancellations, and occupancy trends from all channels.
- Prepare basic reports and share insights with the Revenue Manager.
