Job Title: Hotel Hospitality Assistant

We are looking for a skilled professional to assist us in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our properties across South and West India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their stay.
  • Efficiently handle check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate completion of all necessary documentation.
  • Respond to phone calls, messages, and inquiries, directing them to relevant departments when needed.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents, updating them as required. Develop spreadsheets for reporting and operational needs.
  • Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in procuring monthly supplies.
  • Cover the role of property in-charge during the absence of the property manager.
  • Support food and beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Process invoices, checks, and assist with basic accounting tasks.
