Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to manage and execute large-scale global learning programs. This role will play a critical part in deploying international training initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to meet organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop process strategies for MLS, including SOPs and work instructions for pre-event, on-event, and post-event activities.
  • Partner with learning program sponsors, owners, and stakeholders to identify and develop requirements for learning deployment and the learner's journey.
  • Evaluate and report outcomes using frameworks like Kirkpatrick, measuring results at technology, process, and people levels.
  • Schedule target learners and forecast numbers of classes, participants, and deployment modality (VILT, ILT, eLearning, Webcast).
  • Manage the entire learning setup phase, including participant rosters, communications, and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field is required.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience working in learning managed services, shared services set-up, learning transitions, system implementations, and process classification frameworks.
  • Experience with learning management systems like SuccessFactors, Oracle Workday is preferred.
  • Strong writing skills and proficiency in English are essential.
  • Able to work independently and lead within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
