Senior Delivery Manager for AI Transformation

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Delivery Manager to lead the execution of our strategic client engagements.

The ideal candidate will ensure the successful delivery of complex technology programs and guide our clients through their Artificial Intelligence (AI) transformation initiatives.

This role involves overseeing a team of project and program management professionals, cultivating C-suite client relationships, and serving as a key delivery expert in pre-sales and new business pursuits.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Program Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale portfolios of technology projects with a primary focus on AI and data science solutions.
  • Ensure programs are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Achieving Excellence:
  • AI Transformation Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on their AI journey.
  • Lead engagements from initial ideation and proof-of-concept through to the operationalization and scaling of production-level AI solutions.
Team Leadership & Development:
  • Executive Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Ensure alignment between program delivery and the client's overarching strategic and business objectives.
Critical Skills:
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Project Managers and PMO staff.
  • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement by instilling best practices in AI project delivery methodologies, advanced risk management, and client service.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in technology project and program management within an IT services or consulting organization is required. At least 5 years in a formal leadership role, with proven experience managing and mentoring a team of project management professionals, is also necessary.

A demonstrable track record of successfully delivering complex projects involving AI, machine learning, or advanced data analytics is essential. Significant experience in C-suite stakeholder management, with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, is also required.

In-depth knowledge of the full project and program management lifecycle and methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, is highly desirable. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is also required.

Preferred Qualifications:

An advanced degree in a relevant field, professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or PSM, in-depth knowledge of the AI/ML development lifecycle and familiarity with MLOps principles and associated technologies are preferred qualifications.

Industry-specific experience in a sector undergoing significant AI-driven transformation, such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Technology, is also beneficial.

Specialized certification or formal training in Artificial Intelligence or a related discipline is highly valued.
