Senior AI Delivery Manager

  • Strategic Program Delivery: Lead the delivery of complex technology projects, focusing on AI and data science solutions. Ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality program execution that meets client expectations.
  • AI Transformation Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through their AI journey. Oversee engagements from initial concept to operationalization and scaling of production-level AI solutions.
  • Executive Stakeholder Management: Develop strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including executive leadership. Align program delivery with clients' strategic objectives.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Project Managers and PMO staff. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement by implementing best practices in AI project delivery methodologies.
  • Commercial & Business Development: Collaborate with sales and solution architecture teams to shape and validate technical solutions for RFPs. Ensure proposals are well-crafted and deliverable.
  • Advanced Risk & Quality Management: Proactively identify and mitigate program risks, focusing on challenges inherent in AI projects. Implement effective quality assurance frameworks to ensure the integrity of deployed solutions.
  • Drive Portfolio Performance: Own and report on program health, KPIs, and financial performance. Ensure the portfolio meets profitability and client satisfaction targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:">
  • A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in technology project and program management within an IT services or consulting organization.
  • At least 5 years in a formal leadership role, with proven experience managing and mentoring a team of project management professionals.
  • Proven AI delivery expertise: A demonstrable track record of successfully delivering complex projects involving AI, machine learning, or advanced data analytics.
  • Executive-level communication: Significant experience in C-suite stakeholder management, with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Commercial experience: Experience contributing to the RFP and business development process, collaborating effectively with sales and technical teams to secure new business.
  • A deep understanding of the full project and program management lifecycle and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:">
  • An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MSc) in a relevant field.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or PSM.
  • In-depth knowledge of the AI/ML development lifecycle and familiarity with MLOps principles and associated technologies.
  • Industry-specific experience in a sector undergoing significant AI-driven transformation.
  • Specialized certification or formal training in Artificial Intelligence or a related discipline.
