  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements to ensure enforceability, clarity, and risk mitigation.","
  • Maintain compliance with national and international laws, including Contract Law, Civil Law, Companies Act, and UN treaties.","
  • Collaborate with leadership and teams to enable compliant and strategic decision-making.","
  • Develop and maintain legal templates, SOPs, and repositories to streamline processes and reduce turnaround time.","
  • Support management of intellectual property and contribute to internal policy development for digital and physical assets.","
  • Manage contract lifecycle processes using digital platforms and automation tools for efficiency.","
  • Provide research and insights on emerging international frameworks, policies, and treaties relevant to the space-tech sector.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (3-year LLB or 5-year integrated program) from a recognized institution.","
  • Professional experience in a law firm or in-house legal team, preferably within space, aerospace, or technology sectors.","
  • Expertise in contract drafting, negotiations, and compliance frameworks.","
  • Exposure to International Law and UN Treaties is an advantage.","
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset.","
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, multitask effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
