Job Opportunity: Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our organization in the role of Compliance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit statutory forms (ROC, MCA filings, etc.) in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with accounting-related activities such as vouchers, reconciliations, and simple book-keeping support.
  • Support statutory compliances like GST, TDS, PF, and PT filings.
  • Maintain company secretarial records - registers, minutes, and disclosures.
  • Draft simple resolutions, notices, and supporting compliance documentation.
  • Ensure timely compliance for clients and coordinate with them for information collection and updates.
Requirements:
  • Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a CA/CS/Accounting/Compliance firm.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and company secretarial compliances.
  • Familiarity with statutory filing portals (MCA, GST, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and exposure to accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
