Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing contract processes, leading project management initiatives, and managing vendor relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil) and 5-7 years of experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the real estate sector.

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in rate analysis, contract negotiations, and financial management practices; strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies; exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills; and willingness to travel as required based on project demands.
