Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Time Management and Tracking: Collect, verify, and update employee timesheets on a regular basis.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with team leads/managers to ensure accurate records and follow up on discrepancies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate databases and inventory of HR supplies and forms.
  • Coordination and Liaison: Facilitate communication between different departments for HR process coordination.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with employee record maintenance (physical & digital).
  • General HR Support: Organize meetings, events, or training sessions and provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
