Human Resources Assistant
Job Description:- Provide support in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
- Organize and manage various documents, contracts, reimbursements, and personnel files (both physical and digital).
- Prepare HR-related documents and materials as needed.
- Manage HR trackers for leaves and attendance to ensure accurate records.
- Assist the HR team with administrative tasks and projects on a daily basis.
- Support compliance and audit preparation activities.
- Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization.
- Maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory levels.
- Coordinate internal events and meetings effectively.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
