
HR & Admin Professional

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of HR & Admin Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment cycle, developing and implementing HR policies, and maintaining employee records.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for fostering a positive and productive work culture, managing office supplies and procurement, and coordinating vendor relationships.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and management.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee performance and productivity.
- Manage office operations, including supervision of staff, maintenance of facilities, and procurement of office supplies.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on HR-related matters.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control initiatives to optimize resources and minimize expenses.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in HR and administration
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in MS Office and other HR software
