Job Title: HR Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in recruitment, payroll, and human resource operations with proven expertise in developing and implementing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Manage payroll administration to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies, job descriptions (JDs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and employee handbooks in line with company objectives and laws.
  • Lead performance appraisal systems to foster a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including labor laws, visa processing, gratuity settlements, and employee welfare regulations.
  • Act as a strategic partner to management, providing insights on organizational design and employee engagement.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
Requirements:
  • MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Prior HR experience in the region is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and statutory compliances.
  • Expertise in recruitment, payroll, attendance management, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and performance appraisal frameworks.
