Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate smooth onboarding for new joinees – from documentation to induction and first-day experience.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engaging activities and initiatives to boost employee morale and strengthen team culture.
  • Employee Connect: Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees, building trust and maintaining regular touchpoints.
  • HR Operations & Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as database management, coordinating with teams, and supporting processes.
  • Query Resolution: Address employee queries related to policies, benefits, leave, and other matters promptly and empathetically.
  • Support and Collaboration: Act as an HR partner for employees, providing support on discussions, feedback sessions, and team dynamics.
  • Culture Champion: Help nurture and promote the company's core values and inclusive culture across the office.
