Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.">
  • Assist in performance management processes, including setting KPIs, conducting appraisals, and providing guidance on employee development.">
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.">
  • Address employee queries regarding compensation, benefits, and HR policies.">
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, training programs, and performance incentives.">
  • Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, and provide recommendations for resolutions.">
  • Contribute to strategic HR projects, such as workforce planning, diversity & inclusion programs, and organizational development.">

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.">
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Managerial role.">
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.">
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR issues.">
