Key Administrative Role:

We are seeking an efficient and reliable Admin professional to support our executive team and manage office operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  2. Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  3. Oversee daily office operations, including ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
  4. Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  5. Welcome visitors and direct them to the relevant office/personnel.
  6. Carry out clerical duties such as answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  7. Manage courier services.
  8. Manage non-trade vendors and maintain positive vendor relationships.
  9. Issue purchase orders (PO) for office supplies and other requirements.
  10. Order office stationery and employee needs as required.
  11. Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and employees, including liaising with travel agents, booking flights, and securing accommodations.
  12. Book hotels and handle all aspects of travel logistics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role
