Job Title: Office Administrator – Administrative Support
Location: Bangalore
Department: Administration
Reporting To: Admin Manager / Office Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient office administrator to provide day-to-day administrative support and serve as the first point of contact for visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage the front desk – answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier/mail.
- Maintain the reception area in a neat and presentable manner.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with organizing meetings, bookings, and logistics.
- Maintain and order office supplies and pantry items.
- Support with travel bookings, vendor coordination, and service requests.
- Manage conference room bookings and ensure readiness.
- Assist HR/Admin team in organizing employee engagement or office events.
- Maintain files and records as per company standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in front office/admin roles.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
