As an Administrative Support Professional, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of a busy office environment. This includes overseeing the procurement and inventory of office supplies and assets, liaising with external vendors and service providers, and ensuring the smooth functioning of facilities, equipment, and utilities.

- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure that facilities, equipment, and utilities are well-maintained to prevent disruptions and minimize downtime.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in office administration or operations.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
