Job Description:
- We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to assist in our administrative operations.
- The ideal candidate will provide support with daily tasks, maintain office efficiency, and gain experience in management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general administrative duties including documentation, filing, and data entry.
- Support front desk operations such as visitor management and call handling.
- Coordinate with internal departments for facility and maintenance requests.
- Assist in procurement and inventory management of office supplies.
- Help organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain records, spreadsheets, and databases as required.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and company protocols.
- Support HR and finance teams with administrative documentation.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably Business Administration or similar).
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience are welcome.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
