Job Title: HR Systems Administrator

This pivotal role is central to ensuring seamless global HR platform operations, accurate data management, and streamlined systems support for strategic and operational HR needs across the business.

  • We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Systems Administrator to take full ownership of our HR systems architecture.
  • You will lead the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our HR technology stack.

In this role, you will:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar).
  2. Lead system upgrades, implementations, and integrations in partnership with IT and external vendors.
  3. Maintain system configuration, security roles, workflows, and user access controls.
  4. Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee data across all platforms.
  5. Partner with HR data analysts to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable HR reports and dashboards.
  6. Conduct regular audits and data validations to ensure system integrity.
  7. Identify, design, and implement process improvements and automation within HR systems to enhance user experience and efficiency.
  8. Serve as the HR systems expert to troubleshoot issues and provide support to global HR teams.
  9. Act as the bridge between HR and IT, ensuring HR technology aligns with company-wide system architecture.
  10. Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and other business units on cross-functional processes and system touchpoints.
  11. Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  12. Train HR team members and end users on system updates, new features, and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS/HR systems administration within a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience with SaaS-based HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes including onboarding, talent management, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in systems integrations, project management, and change management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
