Strategic HR Business Partner

The ideal candidate will drive organizational outcomes by partnering with business leaders to understand priorities and implement people strategies that generate value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and foster an organizational design and culture that supports business growth and employee engagement.
  • Utilize business-specific data to identify trends and recommend solutions aimed at improving performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • Ensure the organization is prepared to meet evolving business demands through talent development initiatives.
  • Build partnerships with leaders to design and execute change management initiatives effectively.
  • Work closely with leaders to enhance employee retention and engagement through targeted initiatives.
  • Oversee the performance management lifecycle to foster a culture of high performance, leveraging an effective Performance Management System (PMS) and capability-building interventions.
  • Ensure new employees receive a comprehensive on-boarding and induction experience, aligning them with the organization's culture and work ethic.
  • Review and analyze business processes to identify trends and recommend solutions for improved performance and engagement.
  • Initiate forums and mechanisms to enhance the employee experience, aiming to improve retention and motivation.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues to ensure a fair and transparent work environment.
  • Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on HR-related matters, including decisions, processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with People Operations to brainstorm and implement innovative people initiatives for employee engagement.
  • Capture and provide insights on employee sentiment to stakeholders to drive satisfaction and engagement.
  • Facilitate smooth off-boarding processes for departing employees.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Able to influence and partner with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, negotiation abilities, and HR expertise.
  • Proficient in HR metrics and systems, with a deep understanding of HRIS software and databases.
  • Capable of developing HR strategies that align with and support company goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources Management.
  • 8-12 years of HR experience, preferably in the Software, E-commerce, or Technology industry.
