Job Title: HR Strategic Partner

Overview:

An HR Strategic Partner plays a vital role in the organization's success by overseeing the human resources department and ensuring it aligns with overall business objectives. The primary goal is to foster a positive work environment, improve employee engagement, and develop effective HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Managing the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Employee Relations: Addressing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering a safe and open workplace environment.
  • Policy Compliance: Developing, implementing, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures, while also ensuring labor laws and regulations are met.
  • Benefits Payroll: Administering employee benefit programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans, and overseeing payroll processing.
  • Performance Management: Overseeing performance appraisal systems, supporting employee development, and setting performance goals.
  • HR Strategy Operations: Developing HR strategies to support business needs, managing HR department budgets, and analyzing HR metrics.
  • Employee Engagement: Planning and executing activities to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
  • Training Development: Designing and conducting training programs to enhance employee skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
