Strategic Partner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our organization in the role of Strategic Partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Initiative Ownership: Own and manage the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, from planning and market analysis to implementation and performance measurement, with a focus on maximizing revenue, customer experience, and brand equity.
  • Strategic thinking & execution on ways & means to achieve sales velocity with market prizing or prize escalation also strategizing ways to optimize the cost to maximize the profitability.
  • Operational Alignment: Ensure strategic initiatives are operationally feasible and scalable, working closely with internal teams to integrate the initiatives seamlessly into the existing workflow.
  • Cross-Departmental Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to create a comprehensive, actionable strategy that aligns with the organization's overarching goals and vision.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, with preference for degrees in Business Administration or related fields; MBA or equivalent advanced degree from tier 1 institution.
