Job Title

The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned professional with 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably from an agency background.

We are seeking a Senior Business Partner who excels in relationship management and possesses a deep understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, and ensuring effective execution of strategies across all channels.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build lasting relationships.
  • Understand client requirements, create briefs, and coordinate with internal teams for execution.
  • Develop and oversee end-to-end digital campaigns including SEO, Social Media, PPC, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Website Management.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and present detailed reports to clients.
  • Proactively suggest new ideas and strategies to enhance client business growth.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask.
