Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert technical guidance and support to our valued customers, addressing their complex post-sales concerns.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to customers and partners
  • Manage support cases to ensure timely issue resolution and follow-up
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues through fault isolation and root cause analysis
Required Expertise:
  • Previous experience in a Technical Support environment is mandatory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - fluent in Japanese and business-level English
  • Deep understanding of network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, IP routing, HTTP/HTTPS, Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, and authentication protocols (LDAP, RADIUS)
