The primary responsibility of this role is to spearhead the development and execution of strategies that foster strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafes, and modern trade channels in India.
This individual will oversee sales and distribution networks, coordinate marketing activities, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction. Monitoring market trends, creating reports, and leading a team to achieve ambitious sales targets are integral components of this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Revenue Growth: Own and drive revenue growth for the HORECA vertical, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.
- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand distribution and meet aggressive growth targets.
- Partnerships & Outreach: Establish and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders, including hotels, restaurants, bars, cafes, and catering partners.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities, close critical accounts, and forge long-term partnerships that align with our core values.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear KPIs and processes for success.
- Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, upholding our premium, sustainable identity in all B2B engagements and negotiations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in sales/Business Development within HORECA, beverages, FMCG, or luxury hospitality.
- Profound understanding of the HORECA ecosystem in India, coupled with existing industry networks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and deliver consistent sales growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A self-starter with entrepreneurial drive, resilience, and passion for sustainability.
