
Business Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Professional to drive revenue growth through lead generation and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads
- Qualifying leads based on predefined criteria (BANT: Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline)
- Explaining products and services, highlighting their value proposition
- Scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team
- Maintaining and updating CRM systems with accurate lead information and call details
- FOLLOWING up with leads regularly to nurture and convert them into sales opportunities
- Achieving weekly/monthly sales targets
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, telecalling, or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejections and remain positive and motivated
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Prior experience in B2B/B2C lead generation and familiarity with cold calling scripts and objection handling techniques are preferred.
