Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Top Business Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through new sales opportunities and developing strategic relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring timely delivery of results and exceeding monthly quotas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute outbound prospecting strategies, resulting in qualified leads and a strong sales pipeline.
- Leverage your expertise in strategic planning, email marketing, and social media outreach to consistently develop and nurture key decision-maker relationships.
- Achieve and maintain high levels of performance, meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets and maintaining accurate CRM records.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas and generating referrals.
- Strong skills in cold calling, emailing, and lead generation, with the ability to initiate contact with potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
