  • Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams to drive business outcomes
  • Compliance and ESG: Ensure compliance with Quality and Environmental Management System standards and ESG protocols
  • Talent Development: Build and develop high-performing teams with clear succession planning
  • Performance Management: Drive performance management systems and maintain strong industrial relations

Requirements:

  • Education: Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Experience: 10+ years in manufacturing industry, with 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Skills: Strong expertise in lean manufacturing processes and ability to lead cross-functional teams
