Job Title: Technical Excellence Leader

Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement technical strategies that align with our business objectives, leveraging your expertise in metallurgy, process optimization, and product development.
  • Quality Control & Assurance: Oversee quality systems across manufacturing units, ensuring compliance with international standards, and monitoring testing protocols for steel pipes, coatings, welding, and NDT.
  • New Product Development & Innovation: Drive innovation in materials, processes, and product designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market.
  • Metallurgical Expertise: Apply advanced metallurgical knowledge to troubleshoot, optimize processes, and select materials, analyzing and resolving technical issues related to steel properties, fabrication, and performance.
  • Client & Vendor Management: Serve as the primary technical contact for key clients, ensuring timely resolution of technical queries and issues, and collaborating with vendors for quality assurance, technical compliance, and process enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in technical leadership roles, with a strong background in metallurgy, quality control, and product development.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and project management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
