Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our software development team, driving innovation and excellence in every aspect of the build-test pipeline.

This role demands a highly skilled individual with technical expertise in microservices, REST APIs, and developer tooling, along with experience in managing projects throughout the SDLC. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, the ability to mentor and develop engineers, and a deep understanding of automated test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable build-test automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of talented software engineers to improve build-test pipelines for faster feature delivery.
  • Collaborate with global teams to optimize automation strategies.
  • Work with key stakeholders across multiple locations to drive automation strategies.
  • Address test flakiness, enhance pipeline stability, and improve test determinism.
  • Contribute hands-on to design, development, debugging, and making development pipelines robust.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of technical management experience, leading software engineers while remaining hands-on with software development and troubleshooting.
  • 10+ years of software development experience in Python, Golang, or similar languages.
  • Proven expertise in managing projects throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Deep understanding of automated test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable build-test automation.
